AUSTRAL PANEL

Steel skins are bonded cores under pressure using a two-part adhesive.
Sheet thickness can range from 0.40mm to 0.70mm for either surface skins.
• Colorbond® Permagard™ steel, incorporating Microban® antibacterial technology. Colorbond® standard grade steel comes in a wide range of designer colours.

PROFILES

Available with a flat surface finish or low profile of 0.75mm to either surface:
• Flat • 100mm Rib profile • 50mm Mesa Rib • Silkline • Australine.

CORE MATERIALS

• EPS • XFlam • Mineral Wool • PUR • PIR • XPS.

SLIP-JOINT PANEL SYSTEM

• The Austral Slip-joint® forms the edges of both surface skins for easy installation.

DIMENSIONS

• Width:1200mm as a modular standard
• Thickness: 38 - 300mm in 25mm modules
• Length: as required, up to 22 metres.

STAINLESS STEEL

Austral now offer a range of Stainless Steel panels in either a brushed or polished finish.
The steel thickness varies from 0.4 to 0.6mm and is suitable for use in areas subjected to toxic fumes or wash-down with corrosive solutions.

PRINTECH PRINTED STEEL

Austral offers panels with a printed pattern and UV protection. Suitable for internal and external use, in finishes ranging from wood grain, stacked stone, granite, zinc, ‘rusted’ steel etc
